Kane County Chronicle - An Illinois Tollway Pass and a pair of gloves valued at $60 were reported taken Tuesday, Sept. 19, from a 2005 Chevy TrailBlazer parked in the 1900 block of West Wilson Street. Cesar L. Flores, 31, 1262 Coventry Place, Apt. D, Aurora, was
